Ingredients
225 g light brown sugar
115 g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 beaten egg
140 g peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
280 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
85 g chocolate buttons (natural) or broken chocolate

Method
Put in a large bowl the sugar, the butter, vanilla, and egg and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add peanut butter and milk. Sift flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the mixture. Add the chocolate and stir until a homogeneous mixture. With floured hands, shape the 24-30 balls and place them in a baking dish at equal distances from one another while pressing with the back of a spoon until they are flat. Bake 10-12 minutes in a preheated 190 C oven. After removing the pan, allow cookies to cool down * You can store the biscuits 4-5 days stored under cover.
