Chicken pockets in walnut crust

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
salt
spices optional
3-4 tbsp flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
1-2 eggs
sunflower oil
100 g feta cheese or cheese

Method
In the general part of the fillet incision / slot /. It put pieces of feta cheese or cheese or both ingredients. Sprinkle both sides with salt, spices optional / I use a mixture of dry herbal ingredients / and breadcrumbs. Rolled in flour, beaten egg and walnuts. Arrange in a baking dish with baking paper and coated or sprinkled with sunflower oil. Left my egg and decided to batter baked peppers 2 - was not at all bad. Bake in a hot oven initially and up slightly browning is reduced to moderate temperature. Served with fresh salad, pickles, sauce optional.

It seems incredibly tasty! tillia, can you tell me tentatively baking time after browned fillets? I'm afraid not do them very dry.

Dobrinka will be dry. Under the crust of breading meat stew. As I have written in the recipe anoint them or sprayed with oil. Approximate fillet of about 1 pm incomplete. L. Oil goes. Baking time I can hardly give. I've written books and other road- depends on the oven. Broil in oven gas and electric oven. And time is different. When you see that the nuts begin slightly browning, reduce the temperature. If necessary, you can cover with foil. To me for about 30-40 minutes were ready.
