Pockets with nuts

Ingredients
250 g flour
50 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
8 g vanilla sugar
1 ampoule rum essence
1 yolk
50 g butter
# For the filling:
50 g butter
100 g crushed hazelnuts
50 g sugar
1 egg white
1 ampoule essence rum
Method
Flour with baking powder sifted in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, rum essence, the yolk soft butter and 2 tbsp cold water. Stirred with a mixer, first at lower then the highest level to obtain a smooth dough. On floured surface roll crust with a thickness of 2 mm and cut squares of size 5x5 cm. Of hazelnuts separating two spoonfuls, and the rest is mixed with other products for the stuffing. On each square put as cherry amount of stuffing and folded in two. The resulting triangles are pressed edges, moistened with water or milk and sprinkle with hazelnuts separated. So the finished cookies rank in the tray littered with baking paper and bake in preheated 150 C oven for about 15 minutes.

Super of the coffee. Must try. It with walnuts and raisins, it will happen I suppose.
