Focaccia with rosemary and black salt

Ingredients
500 g flour
30 g of mashed potato flakes
20 g salt
15 g sugar
11 g of dry yeast
60 ml olive oil
250 ml milk
110 ml water
rosemary black salt

Method
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In the middle is done well and pour the milk and water (slightly warmed) and olive oil. Kneads dough. Large pan (30x40 cm) is smeared with olive oil. Spread the dough and put it to rise in the oven at 40C degrees, about 45 minutes. By subtracting the oven is heated to 200C degrees with a fan. The dough is greased with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary (it is desirable to be fresh, but may dry) and black salt. Bake for about 30 minutes.
