2 kg potatoes
1 stalk leek (or 2 bunches of spring onions)
300 g smoked meat or sausage (I use smoked bacon)
400 g yogurt
200 g mayonnaise
2 -3 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)

Cook potatoes in salted water (I slice them as moussaka), having finished in the heated sunflower oil add add spices optional (I used the fenugreek pepper, basil). After pozaparzhat add the chopped leeks or onions, and chopped bacon (or other sausage). Pozaparzhvat for about 10 minutes. Once cool make medium balls. And pour the prepared sauce of yogurt, mayonnaise and finely chopped garlic. Unique and very tasty appetizer.
Stella, if not 2-3 cloves garlic 2-3 chapters that raw sauce seems to me too much?
Well head to head with a difference. At home chisana eat much. For this vsegi put as pretsini. :)
I would put 2-3 cloves in an amount sauce, so I thought it was a mistake. Extremely useful garlic very well do that snacking more :)
Dame it is. Personally, I eat a lot. And in almost every dish put a few cloves.
