100 g butter
100 g sugar
2 eggs
150 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tbsp rum
vanilla 1
2 large apples (about 400 g )
ground almonds for sprinkling form
# For the almond paste:
4 egg whites
200 g of powdered sugar
pinch of salt
200 g ground almonds
2 tsp cinnamon
