Apetitka with green peppers

Ingredients
6 kg of ripe tomatoes
6 kg of green peppers
2 kg chili peppers chorbadji
3 heads of garlic
2 bunches of parsley
# For the marinade:
4 cup vinegar
3 and 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups sunflower oil
1 cup salt
Method
Peeled tomatoes digest. Green peppers roasted and cleaned of seeds, peeled and cut into julienne. Wash peppers Chorbadzhiyski cut their stems and chop them 2-3 cm pieces. Peel and finely chopped garlic. Boil the tomatoes into thick paste. In a deep saucepan bring to the boil the marinade, boil it 15 minutes Chorbadzhiyski peppers, add strips of green peppers, tomato paste and garlic. Densify and Sprinkle with parsley. Bulk warm Apetitka in jars, close them and sterilize 30 minutes.
