Ingredients
5 kg red peppers
1 kg ready tomato paste
500 g chilies
300 ml sunflower oil
salt and sugar

Method
Baked, peeled and cleaned seeds from peppers grinding machine. They add the tomato puree and stir homogeneous mixture. Heating up the oil and pour in the mixture. Stir until nice take it. Season with salt and sugar to taste, still stirring, add hot peppers (chopped), bulk in small jars and sterilize 15 minutes.
