Ingredients
3-4 large apples (Grannys Smith / Grannys Smith)
200 g beef (may mix)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tomato puree (you can without it )
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
pinch of ginger powder
salt, pepper and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, bay leaf) taste
50 g grated cheese
sunflower oil

Method
From onion cut small part and cut it into crescents and the remaining chop finely. In a pan heat a little sunflower oil and put the minced meat to fry, like mashing nice to make crumbs. Add the chopped onion and garlic, season with salt, pepper and spices to taste. Stir. Add tomato paste and stir nice. Mix the breadcrumbs with the ginger and add it to the minced meat and stir. Reduce heat and let simmer minced meat on low heat for 5 minutes. Peel apples and cut their caps on top. Carve them with a spoon, but so as not to have very thin walls and to remain low. Put apples in a suitable container crouch fat and arrange apples. Fill them with minced meat so as to have a peak. Put the top on several pieces of onion cut in crescents and grated cheese. Side of the apples gently arrange face covers apples. Bake apples in preheated oven 180C degrees for about 25-30 minutes. p. p. If you have gingerbread cookies, use 2 of them instead of breadcrumbs and ginger powder-like crush in the mince.
