Bagels with cream

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
1 liter milk
1 cup sugar
4 yolks
125 g butter
4 tbsp flour
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
The dough is cut into strips with a width of 2-3 cm. Each strip is rolled ergot. Arrange in a baking dish and bake. During this time Boil milk with sugar, cool slightly and to it add the beaten yolks with the flour and a little milk. The mixture is put back on the heat and stir until thickened. To the finished cream add the butter. Fired horns are filled with spray with cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Hello Akva, we have a neighbor carpenter that I make them from rolling pins, cut into small pieces, about 10 cm. :)
