Baked potatoes with beer, cream and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3 onions
80 g butter
200 ml light beer
200 g sour cream
150 g grated cheese
salt
pepper
nutmeg

Method
Cut the onion rings and stew in heated butter. Washed potatoes are peeled and cut into crescents. In a greased baking dish put the potatoes on top and pour the stewed onions. In separate bowl mix cream cheese and beer. Add spices to taste. The mixture was poured uniformly over the potatoes. Place top pieces butter. Bake until golden brown.

This recipe I've forgotten among many others. Poizmenih her a bit, I have not found in the nearby shops sour cream. I had 2% yogurt, poiztsedih it and swapped cream. Instead of black pepper and nutmeg put tarragon. With fresh salad became a great lunch!
