Balls of cottage cheese with apricots

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
sugar to taste
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
pinch of salt
1 yolk
30 g semolina
30 g flour
6 tight apricots
6 lumps of sugar
20 g margarine or butter
20 g breadcrumbs

Method
The cottage cheese is kneaded with vanilla sugar, sugar, lemon zest, salt, egg yolks, semolina and flour. Allow six hours in the refrigerator. Apricots are cut without cut lump is removed stones, their place is pushed on a lump of sugar and fruits are closed. Boil water in a large saucepan. The dough is divided into six parts, each part is flattened, put it in the middle apricot and closes the edges smooth. Run for 15 minutes in boiling water. Fry bread crumbs in margarine, remove from heat. The balls are drained and rolled in fried breadcrumbs, served immediately.
