Ingredients
100 g salo or bacon, cut into thin slices
2 kg sauerkraut
1 rabbit
600 g raw sausage
1 kg pork, diced
20 ready vegan dolmas
1 pm .ch. rice
1 cup red wine
1 cup cabbage juice
4 grains allspice
4 juniper berries
Method
Half of salo or bacon ranks at the bottom of the clay pot (stew). Top put 1/3 of finely chopped cabbage and half the rice and rabbit meat on it. Again, put a layer of cabbage and remaining rice. Top allocate pork, the dolmas and sausage. Top rank salo or bacon bits. Pour the wine and cabbage juice, close tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and bake at 150 C for 4-5 hours.
