Ingredients
250 g flour
250 ml milk
250 ml water
4 eggs
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp soft butter

Method
Eggs are broken down with milk. Add the flour, water, the oil and the butter. Mix until a smooth mixture stand in a covered container about half an hour before frying. Pan is coated with fat (sunflower oil or butter) for the first pancake. Fry over low heat.
