Ingredients
500 g boiled veal
2 onions
200 g cheese
4 eggs
2-3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
salt, cumin, black pepper

Method
Veal cut into thin slices and ranks on a greased baking dish with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Season with spices. Eggs, chopped onion and grated cheese is broken and poured over the meat. Bake in an oven until golden.
