Beef cooked canned potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
1 onion
boiled beef 2 cans (200 g)
2 eggs
pepper, salt
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Boil the potatoes unpeeled . After poizstinat them peeled and cut into cubes. In a large pan put oil and fry the finely chopped onion, add the potatoes, fry for 1-2 minutes and add beef boiled, diced or crumbled. Add salt and pepper and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve topped with two eggs fried or cooked in acidified water. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
