Beef steak with mushrooms

Ingredients
4 beef steaks
50 g fat
1 onion
1 lemon
500 g cream
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
100 g mushrooms
1 bay leaf
thyme
pepper
salt
broth
Method
Make a few cuts in the periphery of the steaks, salting is, sprinkle pepper, fry on both sides in oil and remove. Finely chopped onion fry in the remaining oil until yellow, diluted with water or broth, add the meat, bay leaf, thyme, cut thin slice of lemon peel and stew until soft. Cream mix with the flour, add to the sauce, add the chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice and boil a little.

This recipe small change becomes great spaghetti sauce. The only difference is that the meat is cut into small pieces + a little fantasy :)
