Beef steaks with sauce

Ingredients
4 steak from the rib section 150 (boneless)
200 g ham
4-8 julienne of smoked breasts
10-12 mushrooms
40 g butter
4 onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup red wine
pepper
pepper
salt
frying oil
flour
1 cup broth or water
Method
Chops are crushed on both sides, add salt and fry on both sides. In the same oil fry the finely chopped onions, sprinkle with 1 tsp flour, add the tomato paste and the mixture is diluted with 1 cup broth or water. Boil the sauce and seasoned with pepper and paprika, wine and salt to taste. To it was added separately in the butter stewed mushrooms, julienne smoked breast and a few cubes of ham. The sauce boil for 5-6 minutes. It flooded the steaks on which at serving put on a little slice of fried ham.
