Beef tongue with sauce

Ingredients
1 beef tongue
1 onion
1 root parsley
1 carrot
3 tbsp butter or sunflower oil
salt
5-6 peppercorns
2-3 Allspice
optional - yogurt milk and lemon juice
Method
Language is boiled in salted water, black pepper and allspice. Peeled while still hot and cut into slices. Chopped onion, parsley and carrot sauté in a hot butter. Slices language and roux are flooded with strained broth, enough to cover them. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. To flavor the sauce after removing it from the fire, can add a few tablespoons of yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice.
