Beer meatballs

1 kg minced meat
2 onions
10 g cumin and pepper
2-3 sprigs of parsley
2 red peppers, cut into very small pieces
150 g cheese, diced
2 eggs
2-3 slices of dry bread
1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda, quenched in milk
bread crumbs, salt

Onions grate, slices of bread soaked in water until tender, then strain well add to the onion. Minced meat knead lightly with these products, then add the peppers, parsley, cumin, black pepper, salt, bump up the eggs and add the yogurt. Minced meat is kneaded well, then allowed to toughen about 1 hour in the refrigerator. It made meatballs and in the center of each cube is placed in the cheese. Finished meatballs Oval nice in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil until golden.
