1 kg beet
vinegar or lemon juice
1 clove garlic

Small beet leaves are removed, the heads of the beets are washed very well. Everything is put in a saucepan, with leaves and pour cold water. Put on the stove, the leaves are cooked quickly and are removed first, beetroot boil until ready. Ready are removed and dip in cold water or allow it to cool, peel and cut into circles, added and cooked leaves, olive oil, salt, lemon juice or vinegar and chopped garlic. It may take 5-6 hours while you take salt to not sweet salad.

Auuu, and I do exactly that! Except not brew alone beet and buy it boiled and Vacuums (not marinated and quite natural). In the dressing can put sour cream, 1-2 tablespoons. So it makes my Ukrainian friend. But I prefer it with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, put pepper and plenty of garlic! Much faster assume if cut into the pins / strips.

Very useful vegetables and mayonnaise, sour cream is nice in every way.

If you put it in a jar in the refrigerator and earn a lot of time.
