Berlin schnitzel

Ingredients
500 g cow's udder
1 onion
4 black peppercorns
2 Allspice
1 cloves
1/4 bay leaf
flour
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
frying fat
salt
Method
Udder washed well bay with 2 L cold water, allowed to boil, and water was poured. Then again, pour 2 liters of boiling water, add the onion, spices and 1 tbsp (10 g) salt. Boil on low heat for about 4 hours until tender. Boiled cow's udder cut into thick slices 0.5 cm, which is rolled in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil, add salt by both sides.
