Ingredients
          300 g hake fillets
          # breading:
          2 eggs
          4-5 tbsp flour
          2-3 tbsp parsley (leaves only)
          2 pinches of red pepper

          Method
              Fillets of hake we cut into pieces about 4-5 cm. Dip each piece in a pre-made batter (to make a thick porridge) and fry until golden in the heated sunflower oil.     * As an appetizer served with a sauce, but as a dish with salad or steamed vegetables.
