Breaded ham with beer

Ingredients
400-500 g of ham or cooked sausage
10 g yeast
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
3/4 cup beer
1 cup flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of salt
frying fat
boiled potatoes
feta cheese
cumin
Method
Sausage or ham cut into slices. Yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk with powdered sugar and 1-2 tbsp flour. Allow to rise until doubled in volume. Add beer, vegetable oil, pinch of salt and flour (to get thin dough). Slices of sausage is rolled in flour and dip into the dough. Fry in hot oil over both sides until golden. Remove to drain in a hot plate, and the fat of fried mashed boiled potatoes few. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and cumin. Fried sausage is served, placed on potatoes and garnished with pickles or pickle.
