Ingredients
500 g nettle
2-3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
salt
pepper
frying fat
# For garnish:
yogurt
garlic
dill

Method
Shoots nettles are washed and any dip in flour, which are mixed spices and then in the beaten eggs. Fry in more fat. Serve with yogurt, seasoned with crushed garlic and finely chopped dill.
