4 pork chops
# breading:
2 eggs
pepper, salt
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated cheese
# For frying:
30 g butter

Method
Eggs are broken with salt and pepper. Crumb is mixed with the cheese. Each steak is immersed alternately in egg, then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese.
