Broth from beef (consolidated)

Ingredients
300 g of beef (round)
1.2 l soup
1 onion
1 carrot
piece of celery
parsley
1 bay leaf
black pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, add other products and boil a very low heat for 1 hour. Broth is filtered through a thick gauze. If necessary doizbistrya with egg white as follows: add a slightly broken egg white to the broth, stir and boil over very low heat about 20 minutes. Broth is filtered through gauze. Serve with various additives - boiled noodles, soup thickener with egg, etc.

Clarification broth is misspelled. Broth is clarified in the following way: 100 g beef stir with 100 ml of water, 50 g finely grated carrots and '50 grated tomato. The mixture is placed in boiling broth and after crossing the protein is filtered through gauze. Otherwise konsometo will be dull.
