Buns with minced meat

Ingredients
20 g yeast
salt
flour as necessary
# For the filling:
100 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
1 tsp red pepper
salt, pepper
300 g onion
600 g minced meat
Method
Of flour, 350 ml water, yeast and salt was kneaded dough was divided into 4 balls. Chop finely and stew in the oil, put the minced meat and spices is and droughts. The filling is divided by 4 and is filled in each bead. The buns are allowed to rise, and then clinching, brushed with egg and bake in a moderate oven.
