Burning Glyog

Ingredients
750 ml red wine
750 ml vodka
10 cardamom pods
5 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
4 figs or dried figs
1 cup raisins
1 cup blanched almonds
2-3 tbsp dried orange peel
230 g sugar cubes
Method
All products without sugar put in a saucepan and simmer until almost boil. The mixture is removed from the fire. Sugar is placed in a sieve (metal), immersed in the liquid, and then ignited by a match. Holds over the fluid and allowed to burn all the sugar. Roof to stop the flame and nathe pita is served hot in cups put a few raisins and almonds.
