Butcher spit

Ingredients
600 g lamb
200 g plucks
60 g tomatoes
50 ml wine
1 lemon
lamb veil
savory
salt
Method
Meat and plucks are cut into small pieces, add and chopped onions, savory, wine and salt. So stay one hour and then strung on skewers and bake BBQ. Finished skewers are sprayed with lemon juice, garnished with tomato slices, wrap up with a veil and lamb baked in the oven. Serve warm with a green salad, onion and garnished with potatoes, rice or pea and tomato chutney.
