Ingredients
400 g minced meat
500 g puff pastry
2 onions
1 stalk leek
200-300 g mushrooms
2-3 tbsp butter
2 yolks
100 g cheese
1 egg
black pepper
salt

Method
Cut the onions, leeks and mushrooms. Fry in butter and onion mince, add other vegetables and doparzhva. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, salt and pepper. Distribute the stuffing cool on puff dough as 2 cm side empty. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Spread the ends of the beaten whites of eggs and rolled. Dab with yolk and bake a hot oven about 20-25 minutes.
