Cake with cherries or sour cherries and vanilla cream

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
5 tbsp caster sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
8 tbsp flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
about 100-200 g cherries or cherry
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp flour
3 yolks
1 vanilla
Method
Preparation of the base: eggs and powdered sugar crash, then add the oil and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the mixture into a buttered and dusted with flour pan and bake for about 7-8 minutes. Remove and cover with a layer of cherries without stones. Bake for about 15 minutes, remove and allow to cool. The cream is prepared by stirring the products and the mixture is left on the stove to boil. Finally add beaten egg whites snow. The thus obtained cream was poured on the fruit. Optional can be decked with sawdust or another of your choice.
