Cake with honey wafers

Ingredients
# sheet:
150 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
50 g butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp milk
400 g flour
# For the filling:
150 g butter
150 g powdered sugar
200 g of milk
3 tbsp flour
1 vanilla
# For glaze:
200 g chocolate
4 tbsp milk
Method
All ingredients for sheet without flour, stir and pour into a saucepan. Put on high heat to boil foam. The mixture is removed from the heat and to this is added the flour. Mix, but should not be a very solid, but to make a soft dough. The resulting dough is poured onto floured surface and kneaded. Divide into 4 portions and rolled wafers. Everything has to happen very quickly, so as not to harden dough. The first sheet is folded into four and place in a rectangular tray on greased baking paper. Insert one end so that it can be extended easily and bake. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 10 minutes, until lightly turn pink. So all baked pastry. The butter for the filling mix with sugar. Mix the milk with the flour and vanilla on the stove until it is creamy. When cool, mix with the oil mixture. With a cream smeared each sheet by allocating nice on the surface. Chocolate glaze is crushed with milk and melted in a water bath. Once cooled down, pour the cake with it and cut into shapes of your choice.
