Ingredients
1 kg sour apples
500 g sugar
100 g almonds
100 g candied orange peel
Method
Apples are grated and boiled with sugar and 100 ml water at low heat, stirring, until thickened as puree. Removing the pan from the heat, add the peeled and cut into julienne almonds and chopped candied orange peels. It is well kneaded with wet hands form pellets, which were allowed to poizsahnat then rolled in sugar.
