Ingredients
1 carp (about 1.5 - 2 kg)
1 lemon
200 g sour cream
2 bay leaf
pepper, salt
butter spreads

Method
Carp washed and cleared of scales and fins. Is rubbed inside and out with salt and pepper. Grease the tin with butter is put bay leaves and top - carp. Lemon juice mix well with the cream. Pour the fish and put it in the oven at 180C for about 40 minutes. From time to time pour the sauce. Serve with potato garnish.
