2.5-3 kg carp
4 eggs
500 g yogurt
200 g sour cream
black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Carp cleaned and cut in half, without removable head (for St. Nicholas fish are getting ready to head for not removing wealth from the house). Add salt and sprinkle with pepper.
