Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
2 onions
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp red pepper
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil and sprinkle with red pepper. Add cauliflower, well washed and torn into florets, add salt, make a little water and the mixture stew on low heat until the cauliflower is tender and the water has evaporated. The dish is removed from the heat and sprinkle with pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
