Celery soup

Ingredients
5-6 stalks celery
2 carrots
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup liquid cooking cream
salt, white pepper, turmeric, parsley
Method
Clipped celery washed and cut into pieces with them in the pan and put the cleaned but not cut carrots are cooked well. Carrots are removed and cut into rings. Cooked celery pieces Strain well and strain through a coarse strainer or colander to remove veins that are not pleasant for consumption. Drained celery soup returns to the pan, add the butter, cream, chopped carrots and spices and simmer for a few minutes. Simple but delicious soup that comes to mind of everyone.
