500 g fleshy peppers
1 cup milk
5-6 tbsp flour
butter

Method
Broil peppers. Peel them. Add salt them, dip them in flour and fry them in butter. Arrange them in a large pan or in a small pan and pour them with milk. Add salt to taste and remain the dish simmer for a few minutes on low heat.
