Cherries in cognac

Ingredients
250 g cherries (or cherries)
250 g sugar
100 ml water
1 vanilla pod (optional)
1 stick cinnamon
5 cloves
200 ml cognac
Method
Cherries Wash, remove handle, taking care not to injure the fruit and put in a glass jar. Water and sugar to boil, put spices, waves foam and leave to cool completely. Pour cognac into sugar syrup, spices are removed and the resulting mixture is poured over the cherries in the jar. Leave to stand for 3 months in a holy place without direct sun. * Drunk cherries are suitable for making candy, sweets, desserts and other. * The resulting liquor is very smooth, suitable for any recipes.
