400-500 g chicken (legs or fillets)
4 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
5 potatoes
3 carrots
4 onions
garlic taste
mix black white and red pepper or separately

Chicken meat is cut into medium size pieces and put to marinate mustard, soy sauce and honey. Stands so at least 1-2 hours. Heat a deep pan and put it in a little olive oil and garlic. After warming put the chicken pieces and a little add the carrots and onions, cut into rings. After a short browning add the remainder of the marinade and water, enough to cover the ingredients.
