Chicken with beef tongue and rice

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 beef tongue
3 tbsp flour
3-4 tbsp fat
2 yolks
2-3 tbsp yogurt
1 cup rice
salt
20 g butter
pepper
Method
Clean and wash the chicken and beef tongue. Pour over hot water Salt them and cook them. Remove them to cool, then cut the chicken into portions and tongue peel and cut into slices. Fry 3 level tablespoons flour with 3-4 tablespoons of oil and dilute it with some of the broth. Allow the sauce to boil 6-7 minutes, then remove from heat and built with 2 egg yolks beaten with 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt. Boil the rice with 3 cups broth. Pour it with the fried butter and sprinkle with pepper. Arrange in the middle of the oval dish chicken. Around the ring shape of rice and some rice keremidoobrazno arrange slices of tongue. Pour dish with the sauce and serve it.
