Chicken with carrots

Ingredients
400 g carrots
4 chicken breasts
20 ml sunflower oil
30 g butter
200 ml cream
1 yolk
30 ml white wine
5 g sugar
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt
pepper
Method
Fry the meat in a little oil, as is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Allow warm. Is cleared carrots and cook for 15 minutes in water in which dissolved cube chicken broth. Then subtracted. When the broth has cooled down, add the cream and boil 5 minutes. Add egg yolks, pour the wine and seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar. When serving on one side of the plate put the meat on the other - carrots - and pour the sauce.
