Chicken legs with potatoes and wine

3 large chicken legs
1 kg potatoes
2-3 carrots
5-6 cloves garlic
300 ml tomato juice
100 ml wine (optional white or red)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp pikantina meat or other spices of your choice
pepper, cumin, salt

Legs are washed, separated the upper from the lower leg and flavored with spices. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Carrots cut into rings. In baking dish put the potatoes and carrots - lightly salted on them are the legs. Cloves garlic without peel shall be allocated among the potatoes. Pour tomato juice and wine, add and and about 100 to 200 ml water. On any leg is placed in a little butter. Tray screw fsunflower with oil and bake about 1 hour and 30 minutes. * Can be placed and mushrooms if you have.
