Chicken livers with garam masala

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
1 tbsp garam masala
4-5 onions or leeks 3
1/2 cup sunflower oil
salt
1 cup flour

Method
Chicken livers thoroughly wash and dry. Rolled in flour and put in a well greased pan with sunflower oil. Onions (leeks) are cut and placed in the tray. Top sprinkle salt, garam masala and the remaining sunflower oil. All mix well, pour a little water and put in a hot oven at 200 C for 30 minutes to bake. Serve garnished with rice or mashed potatoes.
