Ingredients
1 chicken
1 kg potatoes
400 g mushrooms
200 g sour cream
2-3 carrots
70-80 g butter
pepper, salt

Method
In clay casseroles arrange peeled and chopped of large cubes potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Put the chicken in advance which are salted and spread with butter. Sprinkle with pepper and dumped sour cream and put the lid on casseroles. Bake at 200C until ready approximately 50-60 minutes.
