Ingredients
400 g chicken fillet
400 g blanched mushrooms
2 onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
5 tbsp olive oil
garlic flour, salt, pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Meat and mushrooms are ground. Add spices, chopped onion and parsley, flour and eggs. Carefully roll formed, which bake in preheated olive oil about 25 minutes at 200 C. Serve with a salad of your choice.
