80 g cream
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
100 ml sunflower oil
1/2 cup milk
30 g butter
parsley

salt
Method
Bread soaked in milk, squeezed and crushed. Add eggs, macerate butter, sliced ​​mushrooms, chicken livers, chopped parsley, cream, salt and pepper. The chicken was filled with the mixture under the skin and not in the abdominal cavity. Put it in the pan, pour in the oil and 1/2 cup water and bake in a moderate oven.
