Chicken wings with pineapple

Ingredients
12 chicken wings
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
5 washers pineapple canned
# For the sauce:
4 washers pineapple canned
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
120 ml white wine
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 stalk leek - only green part
100 ml pineapple juice
Method
The top of the wings removed, then cut in half, add salt and fry in a little oil until browned on all sides. Remove and drain excess fat. Cloves garlic cut into slices and fry for 30 seconds on low heat in the same oil, add the smashed washers for pineapple sauce, ginger, honey, wine, soy sauce and pineapple juice. Chicken wings return to the pan and the fire intensifies. Stew until the sauce is reduced by half. Finally add the leeks and cut into thin strips. In portion plate chicken wings are arranged between them are placed pieces of pineapple and pour the sauce.
