Chocolate fondue

Ingredients
500 g of dark chocolate
40 ml cream
4 apples
3 bananas
fruit of your choice
juice of 2 lemons
Method
Wash apples, clean them from the seeds and cut them into medium cubes. Peel the bananas and cut them into circles. Distribute the fruit in bowls and pour them with lemon juice. Melt the dark chocolate in a deep pot. If you have a special court for fondue is best to use it. In the first bubbles and add the cream and stir until you get a smooth cream. Put on the table stand warmers. The most common are metal pads on two levels, the lower ignites a small candle. Put the pan with the chocolate on the warming rack to remain liquid chocolate. Each bowl of fruit put fork or skewer to allow everyone to speared fruit and dipped it in chocolate.
